My nearest one is opening at 7am this morning for their sale, but allowed Rewards Members in at 6am to have a chance to buy 1 Zhu Zhu Pet. I woke up too late to go, but am curious how big of a turnout they had, as they sent out the email yesterday around dinner time.

For those who are unaware, TRU is opening at midnight Friday morning and the 1st 100 people in line get a ticket to buy 1 Zhu Zhu Pet Hamster. In addition, TRU will be randomly stocking more Zhu Zhu Pets throughout the day to try to maximize the number of shoppers that will be able to get them, and it’s an attempt to prevent resellers from getting their hands on the furry little critters.

It is funny the TRU nearest to me only seems to have a stock of the Ramone’s House of Body art. I don’t think I have ever seen anything but that and the V8 cafe of course. It would be nice to get the other sets, but I have yet to ever see the Curio shop either.

Just checked out a local TRU and they had Sarge’s Boot Camp also on sale for $24.99. Did not see this announced in the sale flyer but it’s there on the shelf. This is in SoCal – Torrance store. This price might be because there is another special flyer that says if you spend $25 on CARS you can get a free CARS – theme backpack. Hmmm, 24.99 not quite equal to 25.00. Maybe I’m being cynical

No Casa Della Tires in stock either, and I need one!
