The $10 of $100 purchase coupons are the credit card sized ones on the front of the book. The $10 gift card for a $75 purchase is a cut out coupon.

go figure i work in a retirement place where there are 500 apts so i can get many of these books from the recycling bins and i found 20 so far from the same delivery half had no coupon on the back “go figure”
