A few days ago, we asked you to list all your questions about CARS you want & what’s coming and here are your answers in a chart form …
First two categories don’t need much explaining. They are on the list and pretty much scheduled. That’s not to say it’s 100% certain but they are the safest bets …
The MOST LIKELY in 2010 are ones that seem to be in the production queue so it’s looking pretty good but we haven’t heard much about them or have not seen the prototype but it’s probably happening in 2010.
The PLAUSIBLE ONES are not scheduled as of now but things could change as most are simply repaints of CARS already released. Sparkplug Aliens, Miss Victoria & Stanley would require a new mold so it’d be less likely but it is not completely outside the realm (Miss Victoria could be part of Storytellers 2010). Since they are not scheduled as of now, the ones that require a new mold are probably not happening but can’t close the door 100%.
PROBABLY NOT means pretty much that. They have never been mentioned as something that is being worked on (like light up tuners) so guess it’s time for the Disney Store to step up AGAIN

Quick question… Are they ever going to re-release Sally With Cone (#70) & Milton Calypeer (#91) again because I have never seen those at all. I know Sally with Cone was a Walmart thing but Milton I never saw him.
Another question. When is Target going to get these nifty Final Lap Cars. They had one case and that was it…
just curious, was Luigi’s mom shown in the movie? Don’t remember seeing her around.
I cannot understand what the fuss about Gil is all about. I have him and he is cool but I really want all the other team haulers before Gil, Jerry or Paul Valdez (I will have to get him as my name is Paul!) The hauler I really want is Mitch from the book. He hauls the Motorama girls and would be the coolest addition to my hauler collection. Go Mitch!
Is there any word about the new Racer Haulers( shiny wax,no stall,etc.)

Is Luigi’s mom in the movie?

She is seen waving goodbye to him as he leaves for America in the book. His uncle is also shown in the book as the original owner of Casa Del Tyres

Paul Valdez is one of the semis, with the “PV” on his cab roof, next to Gil at the truck stop when they’re shown watching the race in California on tv.
Spark plug aliens are what Lightning Storm McQueen is shooting at in his little dream sequence when he’s saving the cars world.
Bryan Antenna Ball is the vendor coming down the aisle at the race with the slew of antenna balls on his “back”.
Anyone else want to fill in the rest?
Holly molly, thats not good, not good, sh… When we got our first Lightning we didn’t actually know that there where to collect because we first saw the movie about 8 months ago and Diego is turning 3 in December 25th. My poor little twins (9 months old) are going to have to love those cars too because i’m not planning on collect something else.

Bubba is Mater’s Bully Cousin from The Stroytellers book, “Meet the Cars”. Ms Victoria is from the story of how Flo ended up in Radiator Springs….and Guido Mom is from the story, “Ciao America”….

If this is from the end of the movie where he finds his hood, the blue hood was actually rusty on the front…….I hope they don’t make it look “brand new”, as it should show it’s age from laying in the desert for 20 years.

In another display of how stupid I am, can someone please explain the difference between circus cars and PT Flea’s Circus Troupe? or are they the same?

(MET: Same. I’m presuming it will be called PT Flea Circus Troupe … it’s a Matty/Mattel Shop Online only item … when it arrives).
The difference is Mattel is now giving you TWO chances to not be able to find them in stores!
I’m wondering if this could be another No-show like the ‘John Lasseter series’ of diecasts…or maybe it’ll go awol like the rubber-tired large-scale McQueen they currently have running.
Why does the idea keep popping up that there are 7 other racers that could be coming?
As many times as I’ve watched the movie, I’ve never seen any “extra” racers on the track.
Yes, Lightning indicates “1 winner, 43 losers” in his line early in the movie, but from then on there’s no indication of any “extra” racers.
For me, if they weren’t in the movie, I don’t need “made up” racers.
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

I remember not long ago someone saying the blu ray disc had the other cars somewhere on it, texas tea etc. It was a case of trying to make out the sponser on the screen as the cars where way back, at least 3 cars where readable.
In actual Nascar, some races are 35 cars some are 43 etc etc… that actually get to start.
However, theres usually more than that before qualify time. After that only those top 35, 43 etc for THAT race get in.
Most of these are “On The Bubble” of getting in the race or not
Known as Go or Go Home cars.
What really screws it up is the start n park cars. If they didnt have the Start n Park rule then you either have the funds to race and FINISH the race or not at all.
What Nascar FINALLY did right was change the restarts.. First cars are first instead of having the lap down cars start with the lead cars…(how that ever got started is beyond me)

For the most part yes, but not guaranteed. Richard Clayton Kensington and Brian Antenna Ball both appeared last year or the year before even and we have yet to see them. Also, Sarge’s hut playset and a few other things.

Any word on Gask-its for 2010?
(MET: That should fall under the Probable for 2010 but no definite word).
I am absolutely convinced that Gask-its is the UK promo car. If that is the case then I will get you one for $30 plus shipping. This is cost price (5 pegwarmers) as I want to help out those who helped me in the past. Hold on for another week and we will know. Gask-its is not scheduled for next year as TRU have a one year exclusive on the promo. Tach O Mint will soon be available as a launcher so there really is only one racer it could be. A postal strike in the UK is the only thing holding back the reveal!!!!
